| Abilene Christian University Master of Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation is a 36-hour program designed to prepare online students to analyze, address and manage conflict effectively and professionally. This depth of preparation is invaluable to those who are seeking a career in dispute resolution or who find themselves with significant peacemaking opportunities in their chosen career. The program's mission is to educate students for Christian service and leadership as peacemakers and ministers of reconciliation. The degree program will prepare graduates for leadership roles in careers in dispute resolution and in a wide range of disciplines requiring the effective management of conflict. |
- • Certificate in Conflict Resolution
and Reconciliation (MACRRC)
| The Conflict Resolution Certificate is a 15 credit-hour program designed to prepare students to analyze, address, and manage conflict effectively and professionally. A key feature of the program is its emphasis on reconciliation. There are many professions in which the certificate has direct application including human resource management, healthcare, education, law enforcement, military, government, and social services. It is of critical importance to corporate, civic, and church leaders. Upon completion of the coursework, participants will receive a graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution, which may be applied toward the online Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation or the Master of Education in Leadership of Learning. |

Human Resource Development (OHRD)
| Abilene Christian University Master of Science in Organizational and Human Resources Development (OHRD) is a 36-hour program that requires at least half the total hours be taken at the 600 level. Students must have completed a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution. The OHRD degree is not a business, communication, or psychology degree. Because the degree is interdisciplinary in nature, no specific undergraduate major is required. The OHRD degree provides a competitive advantage for you in various top level careers.
