"Does ACU mean anything to me? Only if my faith does.
"It's not that I didn't believe in Him before coming to college – it's just that I didn't understand Him. What happened? Simple. I got a new set of heroes. Those with a passion for God. Teachers. Ministers. Visiting missionaries. University presidents.
"We ate in their homes; they ate in the cafeteria. We went to class; they came to the library. We had struggles; they had time. ACU doesn't give its students teachers. It gives them heroes. So, you ask, does ACU mean anything to me? Only if my faith does. And believe me, it does."
