Embanet is the online education partner of Abilene Christian University. Embanet requires a certain amount of information from prospective students and/or persons requesting further information about its online programs in order to respond to your queries, assess and evaluate your suitability for enrolling in the online program, and, if you decide to enroll in program, evaluating your enrollment application. Embanet does not sell or rent any of your personal information to any third party. However, if you have applied to an online program, we will disclose personal information to the Abilene Christian University to the extent necessary to provide you with the relevant services. In the event, it is determined that our online program(s) that you have applied for or inquired about are not suitable for you or you are not accepted into our online program, we may contact you about online programs offered by other Universities that may be more suitable for you. We respect your wishes. At any time you may request to discontinue receiving any of these offers, click on the opt-out link in the email offer. We may also disclose your personal information where required to do so by law.
